This policy describes how Olney & Co LLC ("we" or "us") handles information collected through olney.co and any products, apps, or services we provide (the "Services").

What we collect

We collect only what we need. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. Our website doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don't track visitors over time or across other websites, so Do Not Track signals don't change how it behaves. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple, and we don't receive your payment details. If one of our apps collects personal information, its App Store listing and this policy will say what it collects and why.

How we use and share it

We use information to respond to you, operate and improve the Services, and comply with the law. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as hosting and email providers, who must protect it to the same standard as this policy, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as we need it for these purposes. To request access to or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your consent, email hello@olney.co.

Children

The Services aren't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
