Terms of Use
Effective October 27, 2026
These Terms govern your use of olney.co and any products, apps, or services provided by Olney & Co LLC ("Olney & Co," "we," or "us") (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Apps
If we distribute an app through Apple's App Store, your license to use it is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), unless the app comes with its own. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA, which controls if they conflict. We, not Apple, are responsible for our apps and their support.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage them in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use the Services unlawfully, interfere with them, access them without authorization, or copy or reverse engineer them except as the law permits.
4. Intellectual property
The Services and their content belong to Olney & Co or its licensors. Except as these Terms or the Standard EULA allow, all rights are reserved. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
5. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLNEY & CO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue the Services at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date, and continuing to use the Services means you accept them. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
